We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms:

• Message or enquiry
• Property of interest

3. Purpose of processing

We use the data collected to:

• Respond to your real-estate enquiries
• Manage requests for information about properties
• Send service-related marketing communications, only where prior consent has been given

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting our forms, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to your request, in line with Article 6.1.a and 6.1.f of the GDPR.

5. Data retention

Your personal data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and for any legally required retention periods.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing pedro@legadoinmobiliaria.es or writing to the address provided in this policy.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction.

8. Third-party processors

To deliver our services, your data may be processed by the following providers, who act as data processors on our behalf and offer sufficient guarantees in accordance with the GDPR:

• Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) — data storage and server-side functions. Data is hosted in the European Union (Paris). Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — email communication delivery. Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Internal Information Channel (Law 2/2023)

If you use our whistleblowing channel, your data is processed to manage the Internal Information System regulated by Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February. Legal basis: fulfilment of a legal obligation. Retention: max. 3 months, unless the investigation requires a longer period. The identity of the reporter and the information provided are strictly confidential. You may report anonymously. Rights: pedro@legadoinmobiliaria.es.

10. Your browsing on this website

While you browse, even if you never fill anything in, we record which pages you view and for how long, which website or campaign brought you here, your device type, screen width and browser, and which homes and areas you look at. We also anonymously record how each page is used: pointer movements, clicks and scrolling. Anything you type into forms is never recorded.

We use this for statistics and to improve the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the audience of our own website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it for advertising and we do not share it with anyone.

If you send us a form, we attach the pages you viewed during that visit to your request, so we can help you knowing what you are interested in (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). From then on they are kept for as long as your request.

Your IP address is used only to stop abuse and is deleted after 24 hours. Browsing data is deleted after 25 months at most and stored on servers in the European Union (Paris).
