8. Third-party processors

To deliver our services, your data may be accessed by the following providers, who act as data processors and offer sufficient guarantees in accordance with the GDPR:

  • Supabase Inc. (USA) — data storage and server-side functions. Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Brevo / Sendinblue SAS (France) — email communication delivery.
  • Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland) — conversion tracking via Conversions API (CAPI).

9. Internal Information Channel (Law 2/2023)

If you use our whistleblowing channel, your data is processed to manage the Internal Information System regulated by Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February. Legal basis: fulfilment of a legal obligation. Retention: max. 3 months, unless the investigation requires a longer period. The identity of the reporter and the information provided are strictly confidential. You may report anonymously.
