Foreign buyers accounted for 46.4% of home purchases in Alicante in the second quarter of 2026, the highest share in Spain
The province also leads Spain in purchases by non-residents: 33.3% of the total in 2025, almost five times the national average (7.4%), according to the Bank of Spain.
