Cookies and measurement technologies

1. What is stored on your device

For measurement, one thing only: a random identifier stored in your browser’s local storage that lets us count how many visitors return. It contains no name or personal data of yours, it renews after 13 months at the latest, and it is never cross-referenced with your contact details. The rest of the measurement identifiers are generated in the browser’s memory and disappear when you close the tab. What else gets stored is whatever you set in motion yourself, and only so that feature can do what you asked of it: the figures you work out in a calculator, the conversation you open in the chat, the details you send us through a form — so we can recognise you and not ask for them again —, your contact identifier if you arrive from a personalised link in one of our emails, and the nearby services of a map you have loaded. None of that feeds analytics or advertising, which is why none of it needs your consent. You can delete all of it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

2. Measurement

• Legado Inmobiliaria analytics — We count page views, navigation paths and returning visitors to improve the site. We use a random identifier stored in your browser for a maximum of 13 months, following the AEPD (Spain’s data protection authority) criteria for measuring our own audience: statistics only, never cross-referenced with other data, never shared with anyone, and never used to track you across other websites. Measurement data is kept for a maximum of 25 months and is hosted on servers in the European Union.

3. Maps and interactive content

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.) — It does not load on its own. Until you press “Load map”, Google is not contacted at all, and only from that point can Google set its own cookies in your browser. If you do not press it, nothing happens.

4. Advertising

• We do not pass your email or phone number to any advertising platform, not even encrypted. There is no Meta pixel either: neither in your browser nor from our server, so the _fbp and _fbc cookies are not set.

International transfers

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under the legal safeguards provided for (standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can delete the little that is stored at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and avoid Google Maps cookies simply by not pressing “Load map”. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure or objection over the data we do process, write to the address given in our Privacy Policy.
