Honest questions, honest answers
Do I need a licence?
No. You just introduce us to the person; the registered agents (RAICV no. 6440) are us, and we show, advise and close. Since you sell nothing, you need no licence or property training.
Can I do this without quitting my job?
Yes, that's the norm. Almost everyone starts by recommending people around them in their spare time. No schedules, no minimums, no boss. You decide how much and when.
When and how much do I get paid?
You get paid by transfer when the person you bring signs the purchase — not before, and not for signing up. How much you earn per deal we show you once you're in the programme: it depends on the property price and your tier.
Do I need to know how to sell?
No. Your job ends when you introduce us to the person you know. Showing the property, advising, negotiating and closing is on us. You connect; we execute.
Can someone who lives outside Spain take part?
Yes. You can recommend from your own country no problem — in fact, a good share of Costa Blanca buyers are foreigners who trust someone from their own home country. The way you get paid adapts to your country of residence.
And taxes?
That's between you and your accountant, not us. We pay you by transfer and give you proof of what you've earned; what you do with that on your tax return depends on your situation and where you live. We won't advise you on that: whoever handles your accounts will do it far better than we can.
